Chug Mentorship Program Includes:
- Weekly Coaching: 1 hour/week with a Those Flipping Guys Mentor. (In person at Those Flipping Guys Headquarters or Virtually.)
- Business Strategies: Your Mentor will help you determine which strategies are best for your circumstances and walk you through any strategy, step-by-step.
- Financing Techniques: Your Mentor will instruct you on the many methods of creative financing and how to get sellers to accept the terms.
- Email/Text Support: Those Flipping Guys Mentors are available through phone and email to address your most pressing time-sensitive questions. You will have full access to all of the Mentors on rotation should you need to schedule a one-on-one appointment.
- Weekly Sales Meeting: Get live virtual access to Those Flipping Guys' weekly sales meeting. There’s nothing like hands-on learning and that’s exactly what you get by watching these meetings.
- Deal Evaluation: Submit your deal analysis to the Mentors and let them review the numbers. Doing the wrong deal, offering too much or not factoring in all the numbers could potentially cost you tens of thousands of dollars. Up to 4 reviews per month.
